It's been 3 years since Awake Solar installed solar panels and inverters for my home. I had educated myself, shopped around and discussed technology and maintenance with all prospective vendors. Awake Solar made the process of getting Home Owners Association (HOA) approval, permits & collaborating with CenterPoint Energy, extremely easy. The installation was right on schedule, the staff knew what they were doing and the final walk through gave a clear understanding on what I paid for.

In the past 3 years, I have had no reason to call, let alone complain, to Awake Solar. At the end of each year, I have calculated the total electricity bill I have paid. For these 3 years, the amount is always been negative, since I net generate more electricity than I consume.
